SoundCloud Facebook app hit 10k users today!

Last summer we started exercising the newly deployed SoundCloud API by building a simple app on Facebook that enabled users to put SoundCloud tracks on pages and profiles. And today it hit a milestone of 10k users, which we are very happy about. It’s only a few percent of the total users on SoundCloud but still. The engagement of the users is also quite high and all users change their song at least once a month on average.
User Engagement
Some of the applications viral features were added by the talented Johan Uhle that joined the cloud for a few weeks last fall. I will continue to develop the app to make it better and easier to use within facebook and hopefully we can reach 100k users within next year.
