Are you a flickr user? Have photos that are more than one year old? Then this is a service for you: Photojojo’s Photo Time Capsule.

Give it access to your photos on flickr and twice a month it will simply send you an email containing a few photos from a year back. Fantastic. I’ve been running it for a month now and on both occasions the email made me smile. One of the photos reminded me of some good friends from school that I havent seen in a while and thanks to the email we have now planned a reunion next week, something I’m really looking forward to.

At the end of each email you can also write a short message to yourself that you will receive one year later, a great way of making yourself remember good or hard times. Try it out and tell me what you think! And, someone please build something like this for twitter.

I love it! Reflection is rare on information overload highway.
