Interview for Digital Planet

What’s the point with your own blog if you aren’t allowed to do some shameless self promo right Listen to a short interview that I did for BBC’s Digital Planet while I visited Music 4.5 a few weeks ago. It’s basically me explaining CitySounds.fm and why I believe in it. Also, don’t miss the [...]

Quote from The Guardian

“GLC’s hometown, Newport, is currently the 119th most active city on CitySounds.fm, a clever new site which enables you to listen to the latest music from any city in the world. The site pulls in its streams from the excellent SoundCloud.com, then uses the location tags of the artists and listeners who have uploaded music [...]

TechCrunched, yay?

This saturday CitySounds.fm was techcrunched! The mention was a part of an guide to music services on the web and thus not an article entirely about our little project. But. The selection of services is a bit strange and the fact that they didn’t even mention Hypem which is one of the absolute best web [...]

New and improved CitySounds.fm

Yesterday we released a new version of the site and  there is quite a lot of new stuff, we think the site has gotten a [...]
